2/23 VIP Picks

3-0 last night with a +133 and a +135 hitting! That was a nice recovery from Thursday and that’s now 5 winning days in our last 7. Sometimes you just have to “float it” for the win:

Sometimes you need to get a little lucky in sportsbetting and battling it out in double overtime with Russell Westbrook fouled out after blowing a 10 point lead in regulation, we got a little lucky with Paul George’s floated but I’m completely fine with that! Let’s roll it into today!

NCAAB:

Virginia (-5) – Something seems off to me with this spread. Louisville is just 2-4 in thier last 6 games and they are coming off of a 20 point loss to Syracuse. Virginia is a much better team than Syracuse so the Cardinals will be in for a challenge today. Virginia’s defense travels and they have a 4 game road winning streak coming into this one with 3 of those 4 games against Top 25 teams. The Virginia defense will slow down this Louisville offense that is averaging 76.3 points per game this season. 23-2 against 18-9 should be a no brainer. This one tips off at noon est.

Syracuse (+190) – Ok, first things first on this one. Wait until later in the day to lock this one in since the game doesn’t start until 6 p.m. est. Let’s make sure that Zion is actually not playing before we take it but all of the reports point to him not playing. If that’s the case, JUMP ON THE +190! Duke was exposed in their last game against North Carolina when Zion went down right at the beginning of the game. When I say exposed, I mean EXPOSED. Duke went on to lose 88-72 without their best player. Go figure. The best part about this pick is that Cuse already beat Duke this year when Zion was playing and that game was AT Duke. Cuse will have the home court advantage tonight and the Carrier Dome will be rocking! They are coming off of a 20 point win against a good Louisville team. The second best part is that 70% of the public is on Duke moneyline in this one. Let’s GO CUSE!

NHL:

Islanders (-130) – The Islanders will be on the road tonight to take on the Canucks who have lost 4 of their last 5. The Islanders h
