2-1 last night! Not bad for only having one game! Tonight we have some more stuff on the plate and I don’t know about you but I’m hungry.

Series bets:

Red Sox (-160)

Blue Jays (+120)

Cubs (-270)

Nationals (+140)

Straight bets today:

Blue Jays – Marco Estrada has held the Rangers to a .223 avg in 121 at bats. I like the Blue Jays lineup and I don’t like Hamels as much as I did at the beginning of the season. Check out his earned runs in his last 6 starts, 3, 0, 6, 2, 7, 6. Something is going on there. I think the Jays powerful lineup will get to him early and often this evening and the Jays run away with game 1. (+124)? Sure thing!

Red Sox – Porcello is going tonight and he is going to win the Cy Young award. He has faced the Indians one time this year and he got the win, holding them to 2 runs. For the Tribe, step in Trevor Bauer. Poor thing. Salazar and Carrasco are hurt so Bauer takes the ball in game one. He has faced the Sox twice this year. The first time on Apr 5 and he lasted 1 inning giving up 2 runs – lost 6-2. The second time on May 21 he went 5 innings and gave up 4 earned – lost 9-1. The Sox lineup has a .417 avg and .750 slugging% against him. Poor thing. Red Sox moneyline is (-137) but I’m confident in the -1.5 tonight as well. Not even a homer pick, look at the numbers!

Cardinals (-170) moneyline because the -3.5 is too much for me to take without Palmer. Take the moneyline or buy it down to -3. It could drop as we get closer to game time so I would wait until later to lock anything in. I know that the Cardinals have been bad but I just don’t see them dropping to 1-4 tonight against the niners.
