7/31

The picks were ON yesterday and looked great until the late innings of a few games. I'd like to personally thank Matt Barnes, John Farrell, and Sam Dyson for fucking us out of a 3-0 day. Let's get the week started the right way today.

MLB:

Braves (Folty) ⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️ - Folty has held the Phillies to a .229 avg in 70 at bats. The Braves haven't seen much of Pivetta but in the 14 at bats against him, they have raked. .429 avg and .643 slg%. Take into account Pivettas era of 5.73 and the Braves are a must play at 12:35 today sitting at -118 right now.

Hernandez/Hamels - no runs in the first ⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️

Rays (Cobb) ⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️ - The Rays have eye popping numbers against Charlie Morton - .385 avg and .551 slg% in 78 at bats. I'm expecting the Astros will score runs but I like the Rays to put in work against Morton. Rays are at +139 right now but it'll probably creep closer to even money by first pitch at 8:10.

Obviously keep your eye out for any trades that might effect any bets before you make them. I don't expect anything big with any of these teams today but you never know. I'll check in again after the deadline.
