5/8 VIP Picks

Cardinals / Twins Parlay - Cha Ching. That’s two teams who fucked us the last two nights, they made up for it today. Astros / Rangers under 9 - Cha Ching. That’s something that we expected based on the numbers and it worked out for us in the end. Capitals +130 CHA CHING. Over 70% of the public money was on Vegas last night..........

The Caps had dominated three games in a row and they really stepped their defense up in those games. Once they took that 4-3 lead, I knew it was all over. Until the clock “stopped working.” I was a little nervous at that point and instantly though/realized what else can you expect with a sports team located in Vegas? Caps earned it and it’s well deserved. Champagne was flowing heavily last night! 3-0 for us last night and we can join the Caps celebration. That’s now 7-1 in the last two days! Sup? Let’s get to the picks for today.

Nationals (Strasburg) (-205) - Strasburg has always been good against these Giants hitters and he’s held them to a .239 avg in 117 at bats. The Nats will take on Andrew Suarez who has been less than great this season 2-4 with a 4.74 earned run average. I like the Nats in this one.

Phillies / Brewers Under (8) - Chacin and Velasquez must start for this one to have action. Both of these teams have gone under 8 in 4 of their last 5 games. Chacin has only allowed more than 2 earned runs in 1 of his last 6 starts. He’s also held this Phillies lineup to a .143 avg in a small sample size. Velasquez has also only allowed more than 2 earned runs in 1 of his last 6 starts. He’s held this Brew Crew lineup to a .250 avg in a small sample size. I’m not concerned with the small sample sizes here based on recent results of each team and each pitcher. Sorry for making you cheer for an under on a Friday but this is a really good bet.

Marlins (Smith) (-135) - not every day I’m telling you guys to bet on the Marlins but they have a GREAT matchup tonight. They will take on Eric Lauer of the Padres who they just played less than two weeks ago. They scored 5 runs in 2.1 innings against Lauer and went on to win that game 7-2. Who pitched for the Marlins that game? Caleb Smith who will be starting again tonight. He went 7 innings and only allowed 1 earned run in 4 hits. I’ll take the VALUE of (-140) for this same matchup and I’m expecting similar results tonight.

Astros / Red Sox 2 team Moneyline parlay (-103) - We have Verlander and Sale pitching for us in this parlay and that’s an opportunity that you don’t ever pass up with these kind of matchups. Verlander has held this Rangers team to a .187 avg in a huge sample size of 246 at bats. He’s pitched 20 innings against them this season and he’s only allowed 2 earned runs, that’s pretty fucking good. Sale will face his old team tonight and I don’t expect anyone in that lineup to do much damage against him. Good value here.

Royals / Athletics Under (7.5) - Junis and Montas must start for this one to have  action. Junis just pitched against this Athletics team in his last start five days ago and he only allowed 3 earned runs over 7.1 innings pitched with 9 strikeouts. Montas pitched against this Royals lineup seven days ago and he went 8 scoreless innings against them. I like both of these pitchers to come out and dominate again tonight.

We are 8-2 in our last 10 NBA picks and we will finish off the NBA season with another winner tonight. The Warriors have won six in a row against the Cavs and 9 of the last 10. They have covered (-5) in 8 of those wins and won the 9th game by 5. They still covered (-5) in Game 4 with Curry going 3-16 and 1-10 from three point land. That’s not going to happen again. The Cavs played a perfect 1st quarter last game and still lost. I see the Warriors coming out and getting an early lead that they will build on and run away with this one. It ends tonight, it’s over. A sweep in the NBA Finals and that hasn’t happened since 2007 when LeBron and the Cavs were swept by the San Antonio Spurs. So after tonight’s game LeBron James will have as many losses in NBA Finals (6) as Michael Jordan has wins. LeBron will also have been swept twice. Yet people still want to call him the GOAT. Hmm 🤔

Pick: Warriors (-5)

7-1 in our last two days calls for a HEAT check parlay. I’m talking 7 teamer each and every pick today and that will pay 36 to 1 odds. It’s a great day for a fucking hangar with these matchups so swing away and let it fly!
