Did someone say under? That Rays and Twins game got out of control pretty quickly. Phillies let us down. Sox with the late run line cover so we go 1-2. Today is the final day of the first half of the season so let’s close it out right.

Indians (Bauer) (-142) - The Indians have very strong numbers against Tanaka in the past. They come in with a .347 avg in 98 at bats against him. Bauer has held this Yankees lineup to a .207 avg in 82 at bats. I got the Indians in this one.

Astros (Verlander) (-1.5) - Justin Verlander has had two solid starts in a row to show that the shaky stretch he had was just a fluke. Today he will be pitching against his former team. The Astros will be up against Francisco Liriano who they have a .312 avg against in 48 at bats. Look for Verlander to get plenty of run support today.

Dodgers (Kershaw) (-1.5) - Kershaw has been himself after coming back from the disabled list and that’s good news for us. He has a good sample size against the cross town team Angels. He has held them to a .126 avg in 87 at bats. Deck McGuire will start for the Angels and he just pitched against the Dodgers but he only lasted 3 innings. I’m expecting Kershaw to dominate and I’m confident in the Dodgers bats to get us a few runs. Run line!

Cubs (Lester) (-141) - Good value on this one with a pitcher who is 11-2 taking on a 5-5 guy. Jon Lester will start for the Cubs and he has held the Padres lineup to a .231 avg in 65 at bats. The Cubs have never faced Eric Lauer but he’s Eric Lauer. I got the Cubs in this one.
