7-2-1 since Sunday and $100 on each has profited $385. Not a bad three day run at all but I’m not settling for that shit - I’M GOING FOR MORE AND MORE AND MORE! Today we have three picks - one for lunch, one for dinner, and one for a late night snack. LFG!
Mets / Reds Under (7) - deGrom and unders go together like peanut butter and jelly - 14 of his starts this season have gone under or pushed at 7. deGrom has held this Reds lineup to a .240 avg in 50 at bats. I’m expecting him to dominate per usual. Robert Stephenson will be making his first Major League Start of the season for the Reds but I’m not expecting the Mets offense to go off today. I’m comfortable with eating this under for lunch.
Phillies / Diamondbacks Under (8) - The first two games of this series have gone under 8 and I’m expecting a similar results today with the pitching matchup we have in this one. Vince Velasquez will start for the Phillies and he has gone 7 straight starts allowing 2 or less earned runs. He has been good against the DBacks lineup in the small sample size that he has faced them in the past and has held them to a .212 avg in 33 at bats. Only four Phillies hitters have ever faced Patrick Corbin but they haven’t done much against him at all - they have a .217 avg in 23 at bats. Corbin has been solid and has allowed 3 earned runs or less in 6 of his last 8 starts. I like this under for an early dinner.
Dodgers / A’s Under (7.5) - Another good pitching matchup tonight and another under play for us. Clayton Kershaw will start for the Dodgers and he has held this A’s lineup to a .113 avg in 53 at bats. Kershaw is just 5-5 this season but he has only allowed more than 3 earned runs in 1 of his 15 starts this season. Mike Fiers will start for the A’s in his first start since being traded to them. He’s held this Dodgers lineup to a .150 avg in 60 at bats. He has also gone 6 straight starts allowing 3 or less earned runs. I like this under for a late night snack.
2 team ML parlay
Cubs / Yankees (-104) - Even money for two good teams playing two bad teams. I like both of these heavy favorites to win tonight. Quintana is coming off a good outting for the Cubs and Severino comes in 14-5 for the Yanks. Both pitchers should get plenty of run support from their lineups and cruise to victory. Even money payout on this one and I’ll take it!
