Well shit if all it takes is a few seizures and an ER trip to get us a 4-0 days plus a JACKHAMMER then I will see what I can do to get it done more often. What a night and what a way to start the week. Homer Bailey wasn’t BAD last night but the Brewers still got the job done for us. I’m not sure why Travis Shaw was pinch hit for with two guys on in the 7th inning but the Brewe Crew came through in the 8th and covered the run line for us. The Indians hit three homers off of Porcelblow as expected and the Sox put some good swings on Kluber. We barely hit the over but I’d rather barely hit an over than barely miss an over. Then the late game came and we expected both teams to hit the ball hard but it turned out to just be the A’s lighting up Bartolo Colon like a fat fucking stogie. Brewers run line, Brewers moneyline was the hammer, Indians/Sox Over, and A’s / Rangers over. 4-0 to start to week! On to the next one, let’s see what we have for today.
Phillies (Velasquez) (+124) - The Phillies will take on Tanner Roark who they have a .301 avg in 191 career at bats against. Roark is 0-2 against the Phillies this year and has allowed 7 earned runs in 10.1 innings pitched. The Phillies won those games 4-3 and 12-2. Vince Velasquez has held this Nats lineup to a .265 avg in 83 at bats. Both of these teams have lost 3 out of their last 5 but someone has to win tonight right? I think there is good value in the Phillies at plus money tonight.

Yankees (Tanaka) ML / A’s (Anderson) ML (+115) - I’m excited to see what the Yankees (shorthanded) do to Pablo Lopez who has been hit hard by multiple lineups this season. He has allowed 5 earned in 5 innings to the Nats, 5 earned in 6 innings to the Brewers, & 5 earned in 5.1 innings to the Braves. The Marlins return home from a road trip tonight and they won’t be the only ones returning to Miami tonight. Giancarlo Stanton will be returning to Miami to play in the first game since being traded from the Marlins to the Yankees. I will go ahead and predict that he will hit atleast one homerun. I know this Yanks lineup is without Judge, Sanchez, and Didi who hit a combined 110 homeruns last season but I still like them to hit Lopez hard. Tanaka should do his part and shut down this Marlins lineup. The A’s are coming off of a big win at home last night against the Rangers and Bartolo Colon. They continue to play great baseball and they are now tied at the top of the AL West with the defending World Series Champion Houston Astros. SHOCKER. Tonight the A’s will take on Ariel Jurado who has allowed 12 earned runs in his last 11 innings pitched. The A’s will have Brett Anderson starting who doesn’t have great numbers against the Rangers but he should be good enough with the run support that I’m expecting him to get tonight. Can you imagine if the Yankees and Astros played in a one gam Wild Card game? I think I might still be concussed...there’s no way that will happen right? But what if?
Twins / White Sox Under (9) - Jose Berrios has dominated this White Sox lineup in the past and has held them to a .175 avg in 137 at bats. He also has a 36% strikeout rate against this lineup. Michael Kopech will make his Major League debut tonight for the White Sox and this guy is the real deal. He is ranked #11 on Baseball America Top 100 prospects and he was one of the pieces that the Red Sox traded for Chris Sale. Yeah, he’s that good. Will he have some nerves in his big league debut? Probably. I still like him and Berrios to have themselves a nice pitcher’s duel and keep this total score under 9 tonight. They won’t be facing “strong” lineups by any means.
