3-0-1 but let’s just call it an undefeated night because we didn’t lose! How about the Jackhammer? A few of you reached out concerned that it was -200 on the moneyline parlay but like I said, it was free money! It’s a reminder to focus on betting to win money and not worry about chasing “better odds.” One VIP member hit for $485 - I’ll take that all DAY any DAY! He also hit the teaser and Miami bet for a total profit of $1,628 usd of course these bet slips were on Nitrogen Sports so they are in bitcoin.
We come in to the weekend at 65% for College Football and even after the disaster of last Sunday, we swept Monday Night/Thursday Night and we are at 61% for the NFL season. Oh yeah, question for you guys, what chu know bout dem Miami boys!?
Memphis (-14) - Memphis was good to us a couple Friday nights ago and I like their matchup again tonight. They will go on the road to face 1-3 Tulane. Since their loss to Navy, Memphis has outscored their opponents 111-57. Tulane is coming off of a 49-6 loss to Ohio State and I wouldn’t expect them to compete with them but coming off of a loss like that really makes you wonder if football is even worth it. They get to return home but they shouldn’t be overly confident going into this one. The Tulane defense ranks 114th in College Football allowing 30 points per game and 491.5 yards per game. This Memphis offense will likely bring those averages up tonight since their offense ranks 10th in the nation averaging 593 yards per game. This Memphis offense has scored 50+ in three of their four games this season. Another crazy stat about the Memphis offense is that they are averaging 8.7 yard per play, that’s almost a first down each play. Good luck slowing them down tonight Tulane! Suckers! The Memphis defense has been solid this year although they have given up some points it’s because their offense scores so quickly that they are on the field so much. I am expecting Memphis to blow Tulane out tonight and then take the team bus 16 minutes down the road to Bourbon Street. L.F.G
Colorado (-9.5) - Colorado and UCLA come into this game as complete opposites and you guys know I love my opposites. UCLA comes in 0-3 and they have struggled this season after they lost their QB Josh Rosen to the NFL last year then they lost their starting QB this year to a back injury. True freshman Dorian Thompson-Robinson has two starts under his belt and he hasn’t looked great, he threw for just 152 yard and 2 interceptions last week against Fresno State. Speaking of turnovers, let’s talk about this Colorado defense. They have forced seven turnovers in their first three games and they should be adding to that number tonight. The key part to their takeaways is that their offense has been taking advantage of them by scoring touchdowns after. Colorado has been dominating their opponents this season and have two wins of 30 points or more 45-13 and 45-14. UCLA has only been averaging 17.3 points on offense so far this year and they have been allowing 37 points per game. UCLA has lost 10 straight road games against Pac12 opponents and the last 5 losses have been by an average of 23.4 points. I’m expecting Colorado to force turnovers and take advantage tonight and I don’t see UCLA even hanging around in this one.
Friday Night JACKHAMMER:
Memphis ML / Colorado ML (-213) - I know, two nights in a row with a jackhammer below -200. Let’s go back to the definition of a jackhammer though - they are the most confident plays that you can be comfortable risking more money because they have a higher chance of winning. In sportsbetting, things with a higher chance of winning have less of a payout. We bet to win money and this bet will win us money tonight. I don’t see any situation where either of these teams lose tonight.
