Did everyone wake up today? Still breathing? Ok, good. What a joke of a night. Let’s start with the fact the Chris Sale had 17 strikeouts and the Red Sox lost. On top of that, analytics show that Arenado’s Homerun would not have been a homerun in any other MLB park. Then I have 3 reasons the Bruins/Hurricanes game didn’t go over...

Those were all shots that the Hurricanes couldn’t put in the fucking ocean. We have some work to do to turn this week around now but luckily it’s only Wednesday so we have time. Chasing 3-5 units depending on

how hard you hit the hammers. It’ll be one hell of a story boys, it starts tonight. Don’t try to make it all back in one day.

3:05 EST

Yankees (Happ) (-1.5) - The Yanks will take on the Orioles and David Hess in the first game of their double header today. The last time Hess started against the Yanks earlier this season, the Yanks won 15-3. J.A. Happ will start for the Yanks and he has held this Orioles lineup to a .221 avg in a large sample size of 122 at bats. I like the Yanks to get it done today against an Orioles team that has lost 4 of their last 5.

3:40 EST

Diamondbacks (Greinke) (-155) - Zack Greinke will pitch for the DBacks today against the Pirates who he pitched 7 scoreless innings against earlier this season. He has held this Pirates lineup to a .171 avg in 70 lifetime at bats. The DBacks will be up against Chris Archer who comes in just 1-2 on the season and he has allowed 9 earned runs in his last 9 innings pitched. I like the DBacks tonight.

Astros (Verlander) (-1.5) - The Astros stayed hot again last night and they have now won 10 of their last 11 while scoring 45 runs in their last 4 games. They will have their ace Justin Verlander pitching tonight against his former team and he has held this lineup to a .235 avg in 85 at bats. The Tigers don’t have a starter listed yet but God himself could pitch against the Astros right now and they would still score 10+ runs. Give me the Astros to cover the run line.

I’m not adding another play tonight. I’m not confident enough in anything and I’m not going to force a pick. I want to take Raptors moneyline at +240 with how much money is on the Bucks but I can’t pull the trigger. I don’t like anything in the hockey game either. I’ll take the 3-0 day when the Astros win big tonight and I’ll see you all in the morning!
