10/28 VIP Picks

I’ll start with the bad from yesterday - the Seahawks were up 24-0 at half time but miss covering the -8 by 1 point. The Colts won by 2, we needed them to win by -5.5, and Vinatieri missed a field goal and an extra point. So both of those picks sucked but the rest of the day was absolute FIRE. The Packers cover for us on Sunday Night Football, the JACKHAMMER parlay was never in question, the Blues took care of business, the Astros won BIG, and teasers went perfect. If you bet every teaser combination you went 10-0. Overall record for the day 14-2. There was also a free pick posted on twitter/insta which also hit so those of you who got that went 15-2 yesterday. WHAT. A. DAY. Most importantly, we all of a sudden have a winning record in the World Series and are on the verge of closing it out. Can you imagine if the Seahawks could have scored more than 3 points in the second half and Vinatiera didn’t miss a FG and XP? 17-0 Sunday. SUP? NHL: 7:00 EST Coyotes / Sabres Over (5.5) - Both of these teams come in hot winning 4 of their last 5 and it has a lot to do with how good both of these teams have been on offense. They both come in averaging 3+ goals per game on the season and 7 of their last 10 combined games have gone over 5.5. Here’s a good looking stat for you, if these two teams played each other head to head in the first 10 games of the season, 9 of those 10 would have gone over with a total average score of 6.9 goals per game. I like this over at 5.5 tonight. Cross Sport Parlay Steelers ML / Nuggets ML (-168) - JACKHAMMER - big moneyline here but it’s a high percentage play that we can smash tonight. The Steelers are favored by two touchdowns tonight against a winless Dolphins team. The Steelers are just 2-4 on the season but they have looked a lot better over the last three weeks winning 2 of those 3 (winning both primetime games) and they took a good Ravens team to overtime before losing by a field goal. I’m expecting tonight to be much like the blowout the Steelers laid on the Bengals a few weeks ago. The Dolphins have the worst defense in the league and they have allowed 35.2 points per game. That’s not a good number, especially when the offense has only been able to score 10.5 points per game. I just don’t see how the Steelers can lose this game tonight. Then we have the 2-0 Nuggets taking on the 0-3 Kings. The Kings have looked BAD in their first three games losing by an average of 23.6 points per game. The Nuggets have already beat the Blazers who beat the Kings by 10 and the Suns who beat the Kings by 29. I’m confident the Nuggets will beat the Kings who are “figuring” things out. Risk 2 or 3 units on this one to make up for the big moneyline, I’ll be dropping 7 hundo on it. Two plays tonight with a small NHL slate and it’s still early in the NBA season. We saw some interesting games play out over the weekend and I don’t want to force anything tonight.
