2-2 yesterday with a couple MLB losses sucked but it’s still been a great start to the season and 2 of our 3 losses on the season have come in the 9th inning. We hit our Purdue and Tennessee under and we are still hitting 64% on College Basketball heading into the Final Four! Let’s get the week started up with a winning night tonight.
MLB:

Orioles (Kremer) (-155) 🥉
The Orioles will face the Royals and Michael Wacha who they come in hitting .330 against in over 100 career at bats. Wacha was pretty solid for the Padres last year but he won’t get the same kind of run support from this Royals lineup that he got last year.
Dean Kremer will pitch for the Orioles and they went 16-3 in his home starts last year. The Royals don’t have much head to head history against him and I think that’s an advantage for him in this game.
The O’s bats were held to 1 run yesterday after scoring 24 in their first 2 games but I expect them to bounce back against Wacha who they have good history against.
9:40 EST
Red Sox (Houck) (-148) 🥈
The Red Sox surprisingly split their opening series with the Mariners and actually played pretty good in all 4 of those games with the 2 losses coming by 1 run each.
Tanner Houck will pitch for them tonight and the 27 year old comes in with a 3.86 career ERA. He hasn’t really faced anyone in this A’s lineup but this A’s lineup is going to be one of the worst in the league this season.
24 year old Joe Boyle will pitch for the A’s and he only has 3 starts at the Major League level under his belt.
Devers is back for the Sox and they are 2-0 with him in the lineup. This play is more of a bet against the A’s than a bet on the Red Sox. Just thought I’d clarify that ;)
Cross Sport:
7:00 EST
Rangers ML 🏒 / Avalanche ML🏒 / Dodgers ML⚾️ (+181) 🥇
Big payout to start a Monday and I’m really liking all 3 of these matchups.
The Rangers have already beat the Penguins twice this season and they come into this one riding a 5 game winning streak and are 8-2 in their last 10.
The Avalanche will take on the Blue Jackets who they beat 6-1 a couple weeks ago and the Blue Jackets have lost 4 of their last 5 and the Avs should smoke them again.
The Dodgers will send lefty James Paxton to the mound who has been good against the guys in the Giants lineup other than Flores who is 5 for 6 off of him. Paxton went 7-5 last season with a horrible Red Sox team but looking back a few seasons he was 15-6 and 11-6. He’s 35 but I can see him having one of these kind of seasons with the run support he will get from the Dodgers because he still has good stuff.
Keaton Winn will pitch for the Giants and this Dodgers lineup scored 6 runs in 5.1 innings against him the last time he faced them which was his last regular season start on 9/29. The Dodgers are averaging 6.50 runs per game and that should be enough for Paxton tonight.
