VIP Picks 9/20

We will take the 3-2 day but Kirk Cousins really could have helped us out by not sucking and throwing 3 picks in the Red Zone or even just handing it off to Dalvin Cook more. The books should be paying us three times for the Diggs Anytime TD prop! That’s 7-0 last 7 Anytime TD props. MLB stayed hot with our easy NRI1 and the parlay so 10-1 last 11 MLB. We are all MLB today so let’s stay hot and get a winning streak going like we did mid week last week. Let’s stack the winners up tonight!

MLB:

6:40 EST

Astros / Rays No Runs In The First (-180) - I know it’s a juice one but damn this one looks good so you can put a little extra on it. The over under for the whole game is low at 6 so that speaks to how the books know this game is going to go. Shane McClanahan will start for the Rays and he comes in on a 9-2 NO runs allowed in the first streak. There are only two guys in the Astros lineup who have ever faced him so I like that advantage for him. Cristian Javier will pitch for the Stros and he comes in with a 2.87 earned run average this season. The Rays lineup doesn’t have much head to head history against him so I’m liking that for him. We are 13-4 in our last 17 NRI1 so let’s keep it going here.

7:05 EST

Yankees ML / Braves ML (-150) - How does this one lose? The Pirates have lost 4 in a row and the Yankees are actually playing to get closer to an AL East Title which is closer than expected. Nestor Cortes will pitch for NYY and he’s 4-1 with a 2.34 ERA at home this season. It looks like Pit will start 23 year old Luis Ortiz. Then the Braves get to take batting practice against 6-18 Patrick Corbin. They are 3-0 against him and have scored 16 runs in 14 innings against him this season. Lock it in!

7:40 EST

Mets (Carrasco) (-120) - The Mets May have clinched a playoff berth but the battle for the NL East looks like it will go down to the very end of the season. They will face 2-10 Aaron Ashby who has lost 7 straight starts. He also has a 6.89 ERA in August. Carlos Carrasco will pitch for the Mets and he has had back to back dominant starts pitching 6 innings and only allowing 1 run in both of those starts. He’s 15-6 on the season and the Mets bats should get him the run support he needs to win tonight.
