3-1 Monday with a 3-0 sweep on Monday Night Football feels good! Going into Day one of the MLB Playoffs today the plays have some juice on them but I’m looking to get us out to a red hot start to October! You can bet them strong or parlay if you want better odds.
MLB:
2:30 EST
Tigers / Astros NO runs in the 1st (-166) 🥉
We’ve got two studs on the mound in this game with Tarik Skubal and his 2nd ranked 2.39 ERA and Framber Valdez and his 6th ranked 2.62 ERA
The over under is 6.5 for the whole game and both these offenses will likely need a time or two through the lineup to get to these pitchers
The guys in the top of the Astros lineup have good numbers vs Skubal in the past but he went 2-0 NO runs against them in the 1st so far this season.
4:00 EST
Orioles (Burnes) (-154) 🥇
The Orioles will face Cole Ragans and last time they faced him they scored 7 runs in 1.2 innings against him so they will come in extremely confident. They are hitting .324 against him lifetime.
Corbin Burnes will pitch for the Orioles and he’s held this Royals lineup to a .231 avg in a huge sample size of 121 at bats. Witt Jr is just 2 for 9 against him.
BAL went 4-2 vs KC in the regular season. Let’s take them to win Game 1 today.
4:00 EST
Adley Rutschman (Bal) Hit (-155) 4️⃣
He had a solid finish to the regular season hitting safely in 5 of his final 7 games
He has really good numbers against Royals starter Cole Ragans, 4 for 6.
5:30 EST
Brewers (Peralta) (-142) 🥈
The Brewers won the regular season series 5-1 vs the Mets and that includes 2 out of 3 last weekend where the Mets were playing for the wild card and the Brewers had nothing to play for since they already clinched.
Freddy Peralta will pitch for the Brewers and he’s held this Mets lineup to a .197 avg in 76 at bats and held them to 1 hit over 6 innings when he faced them earlier this season.
The Brew Crew will face Severino and they hit him hard earlier in the season where they had 11 hits scoring 6 runs in 5 innings. They also only went 4 for 15 with runners in scoring position in that game so they could have scored a lot more runs.
