VIP Picks 10/15/25

2-2 Tuesday with our MLB team total and NHL straight play hitting. We missed both of the shots on goal props but the trends looked good. Still down 1 unit on the week going into Wednesday so let’s put together a winning night.

MLB:

Blue Jays (+108) - I think it’s crazy the Blue Jays went down 0-2 in this series but I’m not counting them out. They send Shane Bieber to the mound tonight who has good numbers against the Mariners holding them to a .229 avg in 109 at bats. Julio 1 for 9, Arozarena 0 for 8m Raleigh 2 for 8, and Suarez 4 for 18. Very solid numbers vs the big bats. George Kirby will pitch for the Mariners and the Blue Jays come in hitting .281 against him. Springer .375, Santander .400, and Kirk .286 have good numbers against him. Let’s take the Blue Jays to get back in the series with a win tonight.

Tage Thompson (Buf) Shots on Goal Over (3.5) - He’s gone over this line in all 3 games this season with 5, 8, and 4 shots on goal averaging 6 per game. We are getting -105 odds for this tonight with a solid trend of him going over 100% on the young season. He’s averaging 20+ minutes per game time on ice and this game is projecting to have offense so it makes sense to take the over here.

Anton Lundell (Fla) Shots on Goal Over (1.5) - Yeah it’s a cheapie with -198 juice on DK but when you are cold and you find a good trend, you take it to stack winners. Lundell has gone over 1.5 in 3 straight games and he’s had 6, 2, and 4 shots on goal in those games. He leads the Panthers in shots on goal on the season. This should be a competitive game between the Panthers and Red Wings on TNT tonight and Lundell should get his shots in.
