LSU (+8.5) / Georgia Tech / Duke Over (54.5) - LSU and Vandy both come in 5-1 with their only losses coming to ranked teams so this projects to be a good game. LSU’s 4th ranked defense will be the difference maker in this game and I love getting LSU at +7.5 for this teaser. Then we have #12 Georgia Tech averaging 33.2 ppg going up against Duke averaging 33 ppg. Duke has scored 38+ points in 3 straight games. Both defenses have struggled vs weaker offenses so expect a back and forth high scoring game today.

Parlay

Georgia ML / Alabama ML (-123) - The Bulldogs are absolute monsters at home and are 5-2 all-time vs the Rebels. Georgia’s defense is legit holding opponents to 19.2 ppg. Ole Miss is undefeated but man they have barely snuck by in 4 of their last 5 games. Georgia will  ride their D and time-of-possession to get the win. Bama has won 8 of the last 10 vs the Volunteers. Tennessee’s run defense is suspect and allowed 240 on the ground vs Arkansas last week and 198 vs Georgia so Bama’s run game should ROLL. Meanwhile, Alabama’s offense is averaging 34.8 PPG so far this season. In a rivalry game where Bama wants to make a statement, they’ll lean on the run and control this game from start to finish.

Texas Over (26.5) - Taking the adjusted team total for the key number purpose. Texas is coming off of a big win in the Red River Rivalry game. They’ve got a tough schedule coming up with 3 ranked opponents so they can’t afford to lose this game tonight. Don’t forget Texas was #1 to start the season. Kentucky is just 2-3 and they have allowed 27+ points against all 3 SEC opponents they have faced. Hell they allowed 23 to Eastern Michigan. Texas has faced some REALLY good defenses this season but looking at results vs the weaker opponents they’ve scored 38, 27, & 55. HOOK EM!

NHL:

Panthers (-142) - The Panthers are 0-3 on this road trip but they are due for a win today and they are facing the 1-3 Sabres who have lost by 2+ goals in all 3 of their losses. I’d expect Bobrovsky in net for Florida and he comes in with a 1.77 GAA. The Sabres gave up 4 goals in their only win so I think it’s a favorable matchup for the Panthers to get the win and snap their 3 game losing streak.
