Shocking the DBacks won Game 7 in Philly but going 2 for 17 with runners in scoring position for the final 2 games of the series really hurt the Phillies. NHL stayed hot 2-0 and we improve to 7-1 on the season. We started the season with a win with a familiar player prop Jamal Murray over 2.5 threes and then lost the last play since Klay was building a brick house and came up 5 points short. On to Wednesday.

The Celtics went 1-3 against the Knicks last season with 2 of those losses coming in overtime
The Celtics are even better this year with the additions of Porzingis and Holiday. Lofty expectations and it all starts tonight against the Knicks.
We will likely see two different playing styles from these teams tonight and whoever sets the pace will have the advantage. The Knicks will want to slow the game down and play a lower scoring game while the Celtics will want to push the pace and light up the scoreboard.
The Celtics were the 2nd best three point shooting team last season and the Knicks ranked 26th defensively against the three.
The Knicks will likely be able to hang around thanks to their depth and guys coming off of the bench but the Celtics starting five should be able to seal the win down the stretch.

Derrick White has been a guy we have targeted his player props since two years ago in the Finals where his point line was 8.5 and we took him to go over and he had 21.
White is entering the starting rotation this year vs coming off the bench over the last few years which means he will be fighting for shots with Tatum, Brown, Porzingis, & Holiday. However, I expect White to actually benefit from playing with these 4 because he’s going to be the guy on the wing or in the corner that the defenses leave open when they try to double any of the other guys driving the lane. Kick out, three. Easy.
White has hit 2+ threes in 16 of his 20 playoff games last season.

Victor Wembanyama Points Over (17.5)
Buy low on this number since it’s his debut but this guy has it all and he’s going to be a steady 20+ point scorer this season
Looking at the pre-season, he went over 17.5 points in 3 of his 4 games while playing 23 or less minutes in all 4 games. He will likely average close to 30 minutes in the regular season.
This game between the Mavs and Spurs has one of the highest point totals on the slate tonight so it should be an up and down game with lots of points being scored.

The Heat will host the Pistons tonight who they went 2-1 against last season and they Heat were one of the best teams at home last season.
The core remains with Butler, BAM, Lowry and a healthy Herro. This Heat team finished with 27 more wins than the Pistons last season and there is still going to be a large talent gap between these two teams this season. The spread is -9 but we only need the Heat to win straight up for this parlay.
The 3-1-1 Devils will host the 1-3-1 Capitals. The Caps have lost 3 in a row with 2 of those 3 losses coming by 3 and 5 goals.
The Devils offense has averaged 4 goals per game while the Caps have really struggled to score and have been held to 1.2 goals per game. The Capitals will also be starting 25 year old Hunter Shepard in net and it will be his NHL debut.
