On a positive note, Pritchard went over his line in the first half so that was easy. 1-1 nights don’t kill you in betting. We are 2-3 on the week and down 1.1 units for those of you who tail every play. Obviously those of you who only bet the 1 plays are hurting this week. For clarity, the spread is 3.5 but we are taking the adjusted spread at -3 at -138 because 3 is a key number in a divisional matchup. I do not expect the .5 point to come into play but I always like to play it safe where I can for a minimal price of juice.
The Eagles are rolling in at 7-2 which is impressive for a team who has played 6 of their 9 games on the road this season.
The Commanders are 7-3 and Jayden Daniels has made a splash but he will be up against a tough Eagles defense tonight that ranks 3rd against the pass and 5th against the run as well as 5th in overall scoring defense.
I look at the Commanders defense and I see them ranked 28th against the run allowing 142 rushing yards per game, I immediately look at this game as Saquon running all over them and that allowing the Eagles to control the game and time of possession. That will limit the opportunities for the Commanders offense and I trust the Eagles defense to slow them down.

The Commanders D recently acquired Marshon Lattimore at CB but he is out for this game tonight. This secondary allowed 3 receiving TDs to the Steelers last week to Pickens, Williams, and Friermuth. Williams went right by the corner for the game winning TD last week.
Brown had 305 yards and 4 touchdowns in 2 games against the Commanders last season.
He hasn’t scored in 3 games but I think he is due tonight and has a good matchup.
