MASSIVE 4-1 Tuesday for the boys! We were only half a point away from a 5-0 sweep. Let’s keep it rolling tonight:
Grant Williams Threes Made Over (1.5)
The over under in this game is 244.5 so look for a ton of points which lines up nicely for us. Another potential benefit here is that Kyrie Irving is questionable with a foot sprain and anytime Kyrie is out, there are more shots to go around for everyone else.
Grant has gone over 1.5 threes made in 7 of his last 9 games and has had games with 4, 7, & 4. I’ll point out that Kyrie didn’t play in that game he had 7 threes made.
Seems like a good spot to back Grant to go for 2+ threes tonight.
RJ Barrett is questionable for the game tonight vs the Hawks and obviously this play is better with him in it so keep a close eye on the status of him as we get closer to game time. He had 26 against the Hawks a few weeks ago.
The Knicks won that game 126-120 and were up as much as 11 in that game. They shot just under 50% from the floor in what was one of their best offensive performances of the season. The Hawks bottom of the league defense factored into that and it should factor in again tonight.
The Hawks are also on the second night of a back to back while the Knicks were off last night. The Hawks went 2-10 on the second night of back to backs last season.
Let’s go with the Knicks here.

Jusuf Nurkic Assists Over (2.5)
He’s gone over 2.5 in 8 of his last 10 games and he’s averaged 5 assists per game during that stretch which is double the number tonight.
The one down fall is that he’s going up against the #1 rated defensive team in the league in the Timberwolves tonight but he will also have Rudy Gobert guarding him which should lead to him passing more than shooting in this matchup.
Kick outs to Durant, Beal, and Booker (yes, he’s back on a minute restriction tonight) should help Nurkic get 3+ assists for us.
Avalanche ML / Canucks ML (+117)
The Avs have had a tough little stretch but they got the 5-1 win their last time out and they will return home tonight where they have been so good over the last year.
The Ducks have been playing above expectations this season but they will have backup Lukas Dostal in net tonight who is coming off of a game where he allowed 5 goals. Look for the Avalanche to get to him early and often tonight for an avalanche of goals!
The Avs will have Alexandar Georgiev in net who was one of the best in the league to start the season but he’s had some rough outings recently. We should see the better side of him against a lowe ranked Ducks offensive squad.
The Canucks continue to roll and come in 11-3-1 on the season. They will be hosting the 5-6-3 Islanders who have lost 6 of their last 7 and they are a LONG way from home in this one. 3,000 miles to be exact.
A big part of the Canucks success has been the play of Goaltender Thatcher Demko who comes in with a 1.96 GA/G which is 4th best in the league. He should be in business tonight and hold strong while the leagues #1 ranked offense scores at the other end for us to cash this +117.
