2-1 but we can call it a 1.5-1 night with the Braves/Red Sox parlay reverting down to Red Sox -170 since the Braves got rained out. We missed our Derrick White prop by 1 three but we did cash in on Dodgers moneyline and Mookie Betts hit same game parlay that is crazy we got -115 odds on that. 16-4 on the MLB season a full week in and no signs of slowing down. We have a smaller slate today with teams off but let’s see what we can put together.
MLB:
4:15 EST
Cardinals (Lynn) (-155)
This is my favorite matchup of the day so lets’ roll with it.
The Cardinals will have Lance Lynn on the mound who has held this Marlins lineup to a .245 avg in 114 at bats. He was good in his first start of the season where he held the Dodgers scoreless through 4 innings.
Ryan Weathers will pitch for the Marlins and he allowed 7 hits and 2 walks in 4 innings against the Pirates his last time out.
Behind Weathers is one of the worst bullpens in the league who currently holds a 6.14 ERA.
The Marlins are 0-7 on the season and this is the home Opener for the Cardinals so I like STL to get the win.
NBA:
7:30 EST
Team Total
Hawks Over (107.5)
The Hawks have gone over 107.5 in 10 of their last 11 games
The Hawks allowed 148 points to the Mavericks the last time they played them so we should see more of the same in this game tonight which should speed up the pace and lead to more scoring for the Hawks.
They are still without Trae Young who’s been sitting on the bench with a cup of coffee the last month plus but these other guys like Murray, Hunter, and Johnson plus some of the role guys have been getting it done offensively.
Another thing that should help is that 7 footer Derrick Lively is out for the Mavs due to injury.
Dallas has allowed opponents to score 116 ppg this season.
2 official plays today, I'm not crazy about anything else. Some of the NBA matchups have injuries in question that I don't want to mess with. I was looking for something to parlay the LA Kings with but I couldn't pick anything out.
