Magic get stuck on 94 with a team total of 95.5 after scoring just 15 points in the 3rd quarter. That’s a BAD BEAT right there! We were in position to go after a winning week but it didn’t work out for us. Those of you who bet every play, every day are hurting right now with the continued cold streak but some of you who focus on one play a day have been doing ok making money. It’s a fine line of balancing out the action vs the profitability and I need to be better about that.

Phillies ML / Dodgers ML (-110) 🥇
Zack Wheeler takes the mound for the Phillies today and he’s still Top 10 in ERA at 1.91. He’s also been good against the guys in this Giants lineup that have seen him before.
The Phillies are going to face 24 year old Mason Black who will be making his MLB Debut.
Philly is 9-1 in their last 10 while San Fran has lost 7 of their last 10.
The Dodgers get Walker Buehler back tonight and taking a guy in his first game back at the Major League level since mid 2022 is kind of sketch, I’ll admit it, he’s one of the select guys that I feel good about doing it since he comes in with a 74% win percentage in his career.
The Marlins have a young starting pitcher making his 3rd ever start in the big leagues and he’s been decent in his first 2 but the Dodgers are rolling right now on an 11-2 run and they should get the win tonight.
The Marlins just traded away their best hitter and lost 20-4 to the Oakland fucking A’s over the weekend so they aren’t in a great place right now.

Rangers (Heaney) (-135) 🥈
Andrew Heaney will pitch for the Rangers tonight and he’s sucked this season, no other way to put it. 0-4 with a 5.10 ERA to this point. However, he’s facing an A’s lineup who he has been good against in the past holding them to a .212 avg and he was really good against them last year - 3.2 scoreless, 6 innings 1 run, & 6 innings 2 runs.
Alex Wood is pitching for the A’s and he’s been pretty bad himself with an 8.10 ERA at home and the guys in this Rangers starting lineup come in hitting .400 against Wood.
So yes, I think Heaney is going to give up a few runs tonight based on the way he’s been pitching this season BUT I expect the Rangers to do more damage against Wood.
