What a stinker of a Sunday after a massive Saturday and now we finish the week down 0.25 units if you played everything. Ugh. Twitter followers who took the Tennessee live line finished up on the week though so follow on Twitter if you don’t. We’ve got Game 7 of the Stanley Cup tonight, College World Series winner take all, and MLB so let’s dive into the action to start the week.
College Baseball:
7:00 EST
Texas A&M / Tennessee Under (10.5) 🥉
4-1 final in Game 2 and these teams left a lot of runners on base. I don’t expect as many baserunners tonight and it’s all to do with Tennessee’s starting pitcher Zander Sechrist who had 18 starts this season and hasn’t allowed more than 3 runs in any of those starts. I think we will see 5-6 innings out of him tonight and then the Tennessee bullpen has their key pieces ready to go.
Texas A&M will start Justin Lamkin who they are hopeful will go 4+ innings. He just shut down Florida his last time out. He’s got shut down stuff and doesn’t issue free passes.Stewart and Ashenbeck will follow him our of the bullpen. Ashenback was great in Game 1 of this series pitching 2.2 innings and racking up 7 strikeouts.
Tennessee is a massive favorite in this game at -260 so I expect most of the scoring to be done by then. I think we can feel pretty good about a 7-2 or 6-3 final or something like that.
NHL:

1st Period
Oilers / Panthers Under (1.5) 🥇
The last few games have featured OFFENSE and I am still kind of hesitant on this one but the Game 7 under trends are REAL. Unders have hit at 63% in NHL Playoff Game 7s since 2005 and they are 4-0 in Stanley Cup Game 7s since then.
But we aren’t going full game under tonight, we are going 1st period under 1.5. Add in all the history and Game 7 under trends to the fact that these two teams have gone unver 1.5 in the 1st period in 5 of the 6 games in this series and I feel pretty good about it.
This is the first 1st period UNDER that we have taken all season, it only took until the last game possible to take it but the trends are on our side and it’s slightly better value than the full game under.
MLB:

Dodgers (Paxton) (-135) 🥈
You give me -135 for a 48-31 team taking on a 21-58 teams I’m probably taking it without hesitation every time.
The White Sox actually have a solid starter going tonight in Garrett Crochet who’s posted a 3.25 ERA this season and is a lefty vs this Dodgers lineup with the power lefties so no doubt this line is where it should be but we are still jumping on it.
The Dodgers have a pretty good pitcher going too with 7-1 James Paxton who has absolutely dominated the guys he’s faced in this White Sox lineup holding them to a .170 avg in 47 at bats.
I trust the Dodgers 4th ranked offense more than the White Sox 30th ranked offense.
