0-1 start to the week and it was painful to watch for those of you who watched it. Walker Buehler got a 3-0 lead in the 1st inning and proceeded to serve up a homerun on the first pitch, walk 4 guys, and hit two batters. This dude walked 7 guys last night.

Phillies / Astros NO Runs in the 1st 

Framber Valdez will pitch for the Astros and he’s won 8 starts in a row and he’s gone NO runs in the 1st in 7 of those 8 starts. He also comes in with good numbers against the guys at the top of this Phillies lineup - Turner 0-3, Schwarber 3 for 14, Bohm 1 for 7, & Castellanos 1 for 12. Ranger Suarez will pitch for the Phillies and he’s 8-1 NO runs in the 1st this season and he’s been even better as of late posting a 1.33 ERA in 4 starts in June. Let’s take the lefties to get us through the first clean tonight.

Dodgers ML / Red Sox ML (+112)

Dodgers vs Marquez who they scored 7 runs against and knocked him out in the 1st inning last time they faced him. They face him in the thin air of Colorado tonight. Do I need to say anymore on that one? Then we get Garrett Crochet on the mound for the Red Sox who are looking to snap a 3 game losing streak and he’s the guy they want on the mound to do it. He has pitched 6+ while allowing 2 or less runs in 6 of his last 8 starts. He’s 6th in ERA at 2.20 and there are only 3 players in the Angels lineup who have ever faced him. Tyler Anderson will pitch for LA and he’s lost 3 in a row and the Red Sox scored 5 in 4.1 innings against him on 6/2. Take the plus money for two very favorable matchups.

Arraez comes in on a 10 game hitting streak and he’s going up against Trevor Williams who he is hitting .389 (7 for 18) against. 

Devers is hitting .546 (6 for 11) with 3 doubles and a homerun off of Cal Qunatril and he’s hit safely in 4 of his 6 games since being traded to the Giants.
