VIP Picks 6/27/25

Another 2-1 winning day for us key word winning! On to the weekend and we are targeting MLB tonight. I didn’t touch the golf today because the tee times were early and there was extreme fog in the forecast so that didn’t seem like it was worth touching overall and outside of a couple guys who are going off, most players are teetering right around their prop line. The Top 10 Ben Griffin bettors are chilling, he’s tied for 4th at the time of writing this. Let’s keep the baseball rolling!

Mets (-150)

The Mets are facing Mitch Keller and his numbers aren’t terrible but the guy is 1-10 so the Pirates just aren’t winning ball games when this guy pitches. The Mets already beat him this year although it was a low scoring 2-1 game. I’m confident in Mets pitcher David Peterson who has held this Pirates lineup to a .210 avg in 62 at bats. I also think the Mets can get some runs off of Keller so let’s back the Mets.

Duran will face Jose Berrios who he has ridiculously good numbers against hitting .476 lifetime (10 for 21) with 5 doubles and 3 homeruns against. In his last 5 games vs Berrios at Fenway, he has gone 8 for 19 with 5 doubles and a homerun. Duran has also hit safely in 7 of his last 10 games at Fenway.

George Springer will face Brayan Bello who he comes in hitting .320 against (8 for 25) with a homerun and a double. Springer has been hot with 3 multi hit games in his last 4 so he should get a hit tonight plus he’s 7 for 12 (.583) in full games played at Fenway this season.
