3-1 yesterday and the 1 loss was the Derrick White block which he did get on Luka but then a very late whistle took that one away from us. Still 3-1 and 5-2 the last 2 days feels good going into Friday. Celts -6.5 was really never in doubt and I still can’t believe we got +102 for a 12 run MLB win and 18 point NBA win for the Boston parlay! Shout out to my Boston Boys who were in or around The Garden last night. On to Friday focusing on MLB tonight.

Braves (Sale) (-1.5) 🥈
The Nats have lost 4 games in a row and the last 3 losses have come by 14 total runs so they’ve been getting worked.
Chris Sale will be pitching for the Braves tonight who comes in 8-1 on the season with a 3.06 ERA. He hasn’t faced the Nats yet this season but he’s held them to a .211 avg lifetime which is great.
Jake Irvin will pitch for the Nats and he’s 0-2 against the Braves in his career with one start where he allowed 5 runs in 2.2 innings.
The Braves have covered the -1.5 in 3 of their last 4 games and I like the matchup for them tonight.

Orioles (Irvin) (-105) 🥇
Aaron Civale will pitch for the Rays in this game and he hasn’t been pitching terribly but he has lost 5 starts in a row and 7 of his last 8 overall. On top of that, the Orioles lineup comes in with good numbers against him in the past hitting .333. They just beat him last Friday.
Cole Irvin wil pitch for the Orioles and he’s 5-2 with a 2.84 ERA on the season. He only allowed 2 runs in 6.1 innings against this Rays lineup last Sunday but he didn’t get much run support.
I expect the O’s to give Irvin more run support tonight against Civale who they have hit hard in prior meetings.

Padres (King) (-125) 🥉
The Padres are facing DBacks starting pitcher Brandon Pfaadt tonight who they come in hitting .309 against and beat him 13-1 the last time they faced him. The DBacks have lost 7 of Pfaadt’s last 11 starts.
Michael King will pitch for the Padres and he can either be really good like 1 run allowed over 7 innings like his last start or he can be really bad like 6 runs in 5.1 innings like one of his starts in May. That’s likely why we are getting a solid price here and I’m willing to take the chance on a good game from him tonight since he pitched 6 scoreless innings against the DBacks last time he faced them.
