Round 2 Score
Sepp Straka Under (71.5)
He shot a 72 yesterday but he finished with 10 pars in a row and had some opportunities that he didn’t cash in on. A trend with Straka all season has been getting better in Round 2 and he’s posted a better Round 2 score compared to Round 1 65% of the time this season. Yesterday was a slow day for him but he’s only 5 strokes off the lead. Solid Round 2 will set him up for the weekend. Let’s take Straka Under 71.5.

Hit Parlay
Rafael Devers (SF) / Gunnar Henderson (Bal) (-102)
Here we go, MLB is back and we have ourselves two hitters here with GREAT matchups to kick off the 2nd half with an easy hit parlay. Devers was cold as ice going into the break so it came at a good time for him and now he gets a fresh start vs a guy who he has rocked and I mean ROCKED in his career - he’s hitting .471 with 3 homeruns and 2 doubles against Chriss Bassitt in his career. He’s also always been a monster hitting at the Rogers Centre in Toronto with a .308 career avg and 14 bombs and I mean BOMBS. Gunnar Henderson will face Taj Bradley who he comes in hitting .412 against lifetime and he’s been hot hitting safely in 10 of his last 13 games with 4 multi hit games during that stretch. Lock it in at -102 and if you are looking to double down on something today, this is the one!
7:10 EST
Orioles (+104)
“Underdog” of the day we can technically call it that because the O’s are +104 at the time of writing but realistically this will prob be a pick em by first pitch. Old Man Morton has actually got his shit together recently and he’s got a 2.38 ERA in July and the O’s have won 7 of his lat 9 starts. That includes a win vs the Rays where the Ol Man only allowed 1 run over 6 innings. Taj Bradley will pitch for the Rays and the O’s scored 5 runs in 5.1 innings against him on 6/29. They scored 5 runs and only went 4 for 12 with runners in scoring position so that indicates this could have been an even bigger win for them. Take the value on the “Underdog” of the day.
8:05 EST
Tigers / Rangers Over (8.5)
Both of these teams finished off the first half of the season with some high scoring games with each team going over 8.5 in 4 of their last 5 games played, that’s an 8 out of 10 recent trend for you mathmaticians out there. On top of that, we’ve got good matchups for both lineups. The Rangers will go against Reese Olsen who they come in hitting .342 against and scored 3 runs in just 4 innings against him last time they faced him on 5/11. Then our buddy Patrick Corbin who is always good to serve up some batting practice will pitch for the Rangers. The Tigers lineup comes in with 6 of the 9 guys in the lineup hitting over .300 against him so I expect them to see the ball well and hit him hard tonight.
