1-1 but we drop down to -1 unit on the week because we fucking slammed the Yankees and they just didn’t show up. Fried got fried and then the bullpen came un-fucking-raveled. I’m still going to bet against a pitcher with an 11+ ERA in his last 5 vs any team, I’ll never change that mindset. We salvaged the day with the Rangers -1.5 at +117 and that would have been a nice hammer but easy to say after the games. On to Wednesday with an early start!

Cardinals / Pirates NO Runs in 1st

Mitch Keller is pitching for the Pirates and he’s riding a 6-1 NO runs in the 1st streak plus he’s 2-0 NO runs in the 1st against the Cardinals already this season. Sonny Gray will pitch for the Cardinals and he’s coming off of a complete game shutout so what’s 1 inning when you go 9 scoreless? He’s on a 9-2 NO runs in the 1st streak and 2-0 NO runs in the 1st vs the Pirates this season, he’s only allowed 1 run in 10 innings vs them this season.

Astros ML / Dodgers ML (-127)

This one seems like a no brainer and the odds aren’t too bad. The Astros are in Colorado against the worst team in the league and starting pitcher Austin Gomber who they come in hitting .400 against lifetime. 8-3 Hunter Brown will pitch for the Astros and he leads the league with a 1.74 ERA. The Dodgers will have Clayton Kershaw on the mound who has gone 4-0 this season and has posted a 2.28 ERA over the last month. It’s an opener for the White Sox so I’d expect the Dodgers lineup to score runs no matter who pitches for Chicago.
