Bregman will face Michael King of the Padres and Bregman is hitting .833 off him him. Bregman has hit safely in 9 of his last 12 games.

Jesus Luzardo will pitch for the Phillies and he’s on a 10-1 NO runs in the 1st run. He has good numbers against everyone in the Rangers lineup except Garcia who has taken him deep twice so that’s a warning shot but still willing to take our chances. Jacob deGrom starts for the Rangers and he’s on a 7-3 NO runs in the 1st run despite those losses coming in recent starts. Hes been good vs this Phillies lineup except Harper. I expect both starters to get through the first inning clean.

Right back to them tonight. They will face Pallante who they come in hitting .310 against and they already beat him this season. Colin Rea is pitching for the Cubs and he’s held this Cardinals lineup to a .173 avg in 52 at bats. He held them to 1 run over 6.2 innings on 7/4. I think we can trust him tonight and the Cubs are do for a win after losing 3 of their last 4 games.
