NFL Defense vs Running Backs
Running back matchups depend on more than rushing yards alone. These rankings include both rushing and receiving production, helping identify defenses that allow significant backfield volume and fantasy production.
A ranking of #1 means the defense allowed the most fantasy production to RB players during the 2025 regular season. A ranking of #32 means the defense allowed the least. Use the individual statistics in the table to understand what is driving each matchup rather than relying on fantasy points alone.
